Our time together is dedicated to helping you reconnect with your deeper self. The rich land of Exmoor is charged with ley lines imbued and sacred land that many come to visit annually to recharge. Time in nature, healing treatments, sound work, art practices, ritual, labyrinth walks, and quiet contemplation all create space for you to gain inner clarity about your life and what’s next for you.

I have done this myself and want to share with you -what I have learned, and how I have created a life that I love, that allows me to live well in this whole new world as I contribute at the highest level I can.

From my experience working with thousands of women, it’s now clear to me that:

...our connection to spiritual guidance, caring for our bodies, respecting the land and water, living free and sovereign, creating intentional community, living in truth, committing to living awake in our lives-- all contribute to us living at a high level and adds to our satisfaction and meaning in life. When we live more satisfied lives, we create a lives and businesses that we can truly enjoy -we live an aligned life. Life is meant to be enjoyed!

For me, including nature, music, art, beauty, a comfortable and to me- a beautiful home, sharing time with friends, hosting gatherings, creating work I love and a community I love being apart of all add to the richness of my life. Being clear about why I am here and feeding my deep spiritual connection, uplift my spirit.

About Me

My work blends 25 years of experience in international business consulting and community development, including serving to mediate political conflict in Northern Ireland and Eastern Europe. I am an experienced consultant, teacher, and speaker conducting keynotes, workshops, and Women’s Circles, around the world.

I am the author of Awakening the Essential Feminine: Claiming Your Influential

My life is informed by solid meditation and contemplation practice, a

working knowledge of the science of Ayurveda and a lifelong background

in Celtic Spirituality and traditional Celtic practices and rituals and over 25

years of business consulting. Every day I wake with the intention of leaving

this precious earth- better than I found it. My primary core value is to

contribute my gifts to a more equitable and caring world. I have learned

many energetic and alignment techniques that have supported me to do so,

that I now share in my work.

I deeply believe that it is now time for the human to Awaken and claim our

sentient nature, intelligence, sensitivity, inner knowing and power-- all that

we know and love about being human. It is time live fully Awake. It’s

women’s time to lead us to greater harmony and awakening. The world is

calling us forth.

I have worked with tens of thousands of people worldwide supporting them to do so.

In Silicon Valley, I served as a founding member of the Global Women’s

Leadership Network at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business. I

pioneered corporate programs supporting women worldwide as the central focus

of my career and life’s work. I am a graduate of The State University of New York

with a degree in Community Development and advanced studies in Public Policy

from the Nelson A. Rockefeller College of Public Affairs at The State University of

New York. I am based in SW England, London-England, and the San Francisco

Bay Area.
